Craig Wayne Boyd is the season 7 winner of the singing competition reality TV show, The Voice.  A native of Mesquite, Texas, Craig Wayne Boyd auditioned for the 2014 season of The Voice with a rendition of “The Whiskey Ain’t Workin’” by Marty Stuart and Travis Tritt. Mentored by The Voice coach and country music superstar, Blake Shelton, Boyd went on to claim The Voice singing title at the end of the season.

Boyd has played more than 1,000 shows, and shared the stage with Jamey Johnson, Randy Houser and Brantley Gilbert. Dynamic and charismatic, Boyd’s sound is rooted in the southern tradition of country music and topped with a rebellious flair. He will perform songs like “Top Shelf,” recently released under the Copperline Music Group label, as well as fan favorites like his recently released single “Stuck in my Head,” “My Baby’s Got a Smile,” “Boots On” and “I’m Still Here.”

The Sam Morrison Band will open the night with hits including, “You Bet: The Pete Rose Song,” “I Will Always Stand,” “Deal Me In” and “Peace Keepers.”

Craig Wayne Boyd is welcomed by Y100 WNCY and a portion of the ticket sales will go to local community-based charities in the Appleton, Fox Valley and Green Bay area. Presented by Red Rock Productions.
