Green Bay Symphony Orchestra Overture! Saturday, March 9 · 7:30pm Overture!, a program geared towards families, includes the world premiere of Mark Grey’s Leviathan Overture, as well as Beethoven’s Fidelio, Brahms’ Academic Festival Overture and Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Fantasy-Overture. Each piece will be explained through narration by Music Director Donato Cabrera, and the GBSO will play “demos” of various aspects of each work before performing the entire piece. The concert is designed to be interactive and engage the audience in a new and direct way.
