How to log-in
Follow these steps to log in to your ticket account. An account is required for all ticket purchases.
step 1:
find the login screen
Look for the “Login” button in the upper left-hand corner of your screen, or the “My Account” drop down from the menu bar and select “Login or Create New Account”.
Don’t have an account? Click “Click Create a New Account”
Before creating a new account, we highly recommend selecting STANDARD LOGIN and try the “Forgot your password?” process.
Step 2:
enter your info
Now that you are on the “My Account” Page. Select “Standard Login” to enter your username and password.
If you have purchased tickets to a performance at The Weidner in the last 10 years, chances are you already have an account that just needs to be activated through resetting your password.
How to reset your password
Not sure if you have an account? Did you forget your password? Follow these quick steps to access your account.
If you have purchased tickets to a performance at The Weidner in the last 10 years, you likely already have an account that just needs to be activated through resetting your password.
step 1:
find the reset button
Look for the “Reset Password” from the “My Account” drop down in the top menu bar. Or click the button below to go right there.
Step 2:
Enter email address
Enter your email address/username associated with your Weidner Ticket Account. You will receive an email with a link to create your new password.
If you do not recall your username, please contact The Weidner Ticket Office for assistance: weidnertickets@tickets.uwgb.edu.
step 3:
check your email
If the email address entered matches our records, you will receive a “no reply” email from noreply@tickets.uwgb.edu.
Be sure to check your spam folder just in case. The reset link will be valid for 30 minutes.
Step 4:
choose new password
Enter your new password. Your password must contain at least one lowercase letter and must be at least 8 characters long. You will be required to enter your new password twice.
step 5:
success!
Congratulations – your password for your Weidner Ticketing Account has been successfully changed. You can now select “Standard Login” and access your account.
buying a series
Follow these quick steps to become a series ticket holder. One purchase for several nights out!
step 1:
Login to your account
Look for the “Login” button in the upper left-hand corner of your screen, or the “My Account” drop down from the menu bar and select “Login or Create New Account”.
Don’t have an account? Click “Click Create a New Account”
Step 2:
Choose a show / Series
Now that you’ve logged in – choose the “Events” or “Series” tab to browse through the upcoming performances.
Click Buy
Choose a show from the listing of upcoming dates, find the series you are looking for, and select “Buy” on the right side of the screen.
step 3:
choose bundle options
Enter the number of series packages you would like to purchase. If there are multiple times and/or dates for a specific performance in the series, please select the performance time/date you would like to attend.
When happy with your package details, hit “Continue” in the bottom right corner to proceed with payment.
