My seats are odd numbered. Are they together?

Yes they are. Seat numbers are even on the right side, starting with 2 on the inside aisle. Seat numbers are odd on the left side, starting with 1 on the inside aisle. Seat numbers run consecutively in the center, starting with 101 on the right inside aisle.

I have difficulty climbing stairs. Do I need seats on the main floor?

No. There is also seating on the Mezzanine and Balcony levels, as well as the Main Floor, that does not require stairs to access. This includes: Row A of the Mezzanine, and the Upper Level of the Mezzanine Boxes; and Row A of the Balcony, and the Upper Level of the Balcony Boxes.

Are cameras allowed inside the theatre?

Cameras and video cameras are not permitted in the theatre. They must be checked at the Coat Check. Phones and pagers must be silenced during the performance.

How many seats are in Cofrin Family Hall?

There are 2,021 seats in Cofrin Family Hall. At times, there are fewer seats because seats can be removed for an orchestra pit, or an extended stage.

Is there a dress code at the Weidner Center?

Although there is no official dress code at the Weidner Center, we encourage patrons to dress appropriately according to the type of performance.

When does Cofrin Family Hall open for seating prior to a show?

Unless otherwise noted, the Weidner Center lobby doors are open 90 minutes prior to curtain. The doors to Cofrin Family Hall open 30 minutes before curtain for ushers to begin seating patrons.

What happens if I lose my tickets? Can I get them reprinted?

Lost or damaged tickets can be reprinted for a $2.50 per ticket reprinting fee. The original ticket purchaser must make the request. A driver’s license or other form of identification may also be required.

What is the Weidner Center’s policy on bringing infants and toddlers to performances?

Please use discretion in deciding whether your child is old enough to sit in their own seat without distracting others. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Do you offer valet parking?

Valet parking is offered at the Weidner before some events for $8. Events with this service are listed on the Events & Tickets page. Parking is limited to 100 cars, so we recommend you arrive early to ensure a spot.

Valet parking is available for $4 for patrons requiring accessible parking based on availability.

Valet service is not available for Fort Howard Hall performances. However, a convenient drop off location is located at the back canopy entrance.

What is a student rush ticket?

Student Rush tickets are tickets sometimes offered to full time students at a discounted price. Rush tickets are usually available the day of the performance (often 1 hour prior to show time). Rush tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office Window with a valid student ID (usually on a cash-only basis). Prices and availability of Student Rush tickets vary, so we suggest you contact the ticket office the day before the performance for details.

What happens if I’m late for a performance?

According to artist contractual agreements, patrons who arrive late will be seated at the first appropriate opportunity. The Weidner Center makes every attempt to begin each performance on time.

What happens if I can’t make it to a performance due to inclement weather?

All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather, and no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event that the Weidner Center cancels a show, refunds will be issued by Ticket Star. We will make every attempt to notify ticket holders of a cancellation via email or phone call. News will also be posted on our website.
