No! The Weidner Ticket Office is the ONLY official ticketing outlet for events and performances at The Weidner.

Tickets purchased from any other outlet are from a ticket scalper.

To ensure the best prices and the best customer service experience, we urge you to only purchase from The Weidner directly. If you buy from a third-party vendor, we cannot guarantee the validity of the ticket and you risk being denied admission, refunds, and/or exchanges if your tickets are found to be fraudulent.

To confirm you are buying your tickets from The Weidner, check that you are purchasing your tickets from WeidnerCenter.com, In-person at The Weidner Ticket Office or by calling our ticket office at 920.465.2800.

Quick Tip: If you are unsure if a ticket is from a ticket scalper, please call our ticket office to confirm before you make your purchase.

I’m Not Sure If I Have a Weidner Ticket Account. How Can I Tell?

Great question. If you have purchased a ticket to an event or performance at The Weidner in the last 10 years, it is highly likely that you already have a Weidner Ticket Account that just needs to be activated by resetting your password.

We highly recommend following the “Reset My Password” steps before creating a new account. Click the button below to follow the steps to reset your password.

I Can’t Remember My Password. Can I Reset It?
  • Please Note: When resetting your password, wait for the password reset email. It can take 3-5 minutes for the email to arrive. Please refresh your email to see if it has arrived, and please check your spam/junk folders. Each time you request a password reset, the previous reset email is invalidated.
  • TIP: When resetting your password and logging in for the first time, be sure that you only have one tab of our site active. Close all other tabs or use an incognito/private window.
How Do I Access My Tickets Once I Have Logged In?

TIP: We recommend adding a shortcut to our Digital Ticket Wallet to your mobile device for faster and more convenient access to your digital tickets.

What is the Digital Ticket Wallet?

The Digital Ticket Wallet a short-cut you can add to your mobile device to conveniently access your digital tickets and your Weidner Ticket Account.

A few notes about Digital Tickets and The Digital Ticket Wallet:

  2. For security purposes and to combat against ticket scalping, Digital Tickets are truly digital and cannot be printed.
  3. Digital Tickets are transferable to other guests within The Digital Ticket Wallet, if desired.
    • The recipient is required to create an account with us to redeem and make use of that transfer.
  4. For our iPhone users, if you make use of the Large Text setting on your mobile device you may need to turn this off in order to properly use the digital ticket wallet.
    • The Large Text Setting can be found here on your Apple device: Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size
  5. Digital Tickets utilize a delayed bar code. The bar code does not appear until 24 hours prior to the event.

If you experience any issues, we can always convert your Digital Ticket back to a Paper Ticket on the night event.
