Volunteering at the Weidner

Looking for an opportunity to give back to our community, support the arts, and have fun with new people? Sign up to volunteer at the Weidner Center! Our team of students, staff, and volunteers value your time and talents and would love to welcome you as our newest member. We have many opportunities to volunteer as much or as little as you would like!

The Weidner Center uses SignUp.com to schedule for events. This website allows you to view upcoming events and sign yourself up to volunteer for the ones that fit your schedule. You are able to see who else is signed up to volunteer as well, so you can coordinate to volunteer with a friend if you’d like! The website provides you with a schedule of all the events you sign up for so you can save it and/or print it for your records. Plus, you’ll get a reminder a few days before all of your events!

Weidner Center volunteers work alongside students and staff to create an inviting atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Everyone working at the Weidner Center has the opportunity to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds, making every event a unique experience for both the patrons and the volunteers alike.

As volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of positions including:
